If Everything Smelled Like Toast...
I've had quite a busy weekend. After work on Friday I met Debbie and Greg and we had another look around Granville Island Public Market then went home. We went back to The Cambie for some food and some drinks and I had a pretty good night. It was a pretty late one though and after being awake for 34 hours I only had 3 hours sleep. Tried to have a nap later on but my feet were too cold and I couldn't get to sleep.
Went out on Saturday night too but that was a much tamer affair; still a good night though. It started snowing on Saturday night and the snow lay so there's around a couple inches kicking about. Icicles too! It was around the -1*C mark. Pretty cold. I bought a heater for my room though so hopefully it'll allow me to live through the night.
We were meant to go and get a Christmas tree today but the truck and burly men we were going to utilise to do this fell through so maybe Wednesday. Hopefully soon though because it's almost Christmas!
Back to work tomorrow for a 5 day week! Not so bad though because I seem to have quite a lot of time off around Christmas and New Year.
Ok I gotta go start making dinner so I'll leave you with some photos. Enjoy!
