Chapter Five - New Denver to Vancouver
After much debate, we decided -to Ritchie's annoyance- that we were ready to get back to Vancouver from New Denver in one epic day of driving, and that we weren't going to go through Kelowna. We stopped for our customary morning tea in Castlegar, after driving around New Denver an unnecessary number of times. We then proceeded through Grand Forks and Osoyoos, which we had seen from an incredible vantage point before we actually reached it. Because we had so much ground to cover (and I wanted to get back so I could go out and drink) it was a pretty uneventful day. It was strange to drive through the Okanagan Valley though, as it was semi-desert and we had been used to snowy mountains before that.
A lot of driving later, we rolled into Vancouver about 8.30pm, thus concluding out trip.

Overall I had a great time on our wee trip and thanks Ritchie, for manouevering Phelps through interior B.C.
